a bit of a disingenuous opening premise : the reason star wars, james bond and harry potter music is memorable is that it has been repeated over and over within and across multiple movies. the music is part of the brand. marvel movies are individual standalones.
I had a similar thought – but then there’s no reason why Marvel couldn’t use music as part of their brand (they claim it’s a coherent, integrated universe – character and plot cross-over is a part of the franchise). But they don’t … for reasons.
